Based on events that almost saw a beloved companion die to eating a popular dog food, this brand was born. I witnessed the near death of Bowen, a rescue dog, who lived to 17 years. She was impacted by tainted dog food and that spurred research into what wolves eat and how they sustain themselves. The goal was to find a base diet to help dogs find a new starting point for their diets. A way to weed out allergic, or ingredients, that just don't work for them. The research and development yielded products that truly are superfood. Bowen thrived eating prepared meals and biscuits. She shed the "extra" wieght afforded by other foods, and she flourished as a senior.
